Blossom Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy PLLC is a community-focused ABA practice dedicated to supporting children with autism and developmental differences while empowering the families who care for them. Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and highly trained behavior technicians deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy designed to build communication, independence, social skills, and meaningful daily living abilities. We believe therapy should go beyond clinical goals; it should strengthen families, support children in real-world environments, and create lasting progress. By working closely with parents, schools, and community partners, Blossom provides compassionate, high-quality care that helps every child grow with confidence and reach their fullest potential.

We may share protected health information when necessary to provide services or operate our practice. This may include licensed clinicians involved in care, health insurance providers for billing and claims processing, and secure third-party service providers that assist with scheduling, billing, or electronic record systems. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or for safety purposes.

How long we retain your data

We retain client records and protected health information for the period required by applicable healthcare regulations and insurance requirements. In accordance with healthcare and ABA documentation standards, records are generally maintained for at least seven (7) years after services have ended, or longer when required by law. For minor clients, records may be retained for seven (7) years after the client reaches the age of majority. After the required retention period has passed, records are securely destroyed in accordance with privacy and confidentiality standards.

What rights you have over your data

Families have certain rights regarding their protected health information under HIPAA. These rights may include the ability to request access to your child’s records, request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information, request limitations on certain uses or disclosures of information, and receive a copy of records when permitted by law. Requests related to records or privacy may be submitted to our office and will be reviewed in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations.

Blossom Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy PLLC maintains a formal Notice of Privacy Practices that explains in greater detail how medical information may be used and disclosed and outlines your rights regarding protected health information under HIPAA. A copy of this notice is provided to families during the intake process and is available upon request.
